These terms govern your use of the Daily Rewire app and getdailyrewire.app, provided by AutoSolve Labs (“we”, “us”). By using Daily Rewire you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies to the app. If they conflict, these terms apply to the extent permitted. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
Who can use Daily Rewire
You must be at least 18 years old. You’re responsible for your Apple account and for activity in the app.
Not medical or mental health care
Daily Rewire is a motivation and habit tool. Rewire is an AI companion, not a doctor, therapist or crisis service, and nothing in the app is medical, psychological, fitness or other professional advice. Check with a qualified professional before starting a new exercise, diet or health routine. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 in the US, or contact your local emergency number.
Your photos and likeness
- Only upload photos of yourself. Don’t upload photos of anyone else, including children.
- You keep ownership of your photos. You give us a limited license to store and process them, and to create a likeness model from them, only to provide Daily Rewire to you. This license ends when you delete them or your account.
- You confirm you have the right to use the photos you upload.
AI-generated films and messages
Films, images and Rewire’s messages are generated by AI. They may be imperfect, inaccurate or not look exactly like you, and they are visualizations, not predictions or promises about your future. Subject to these terms, you may use your films for personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing them with people you choose. Don’t present a film as real footage in a way that could mislead others.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Daily Rewire to:
- create content depicting another person without their consent, or impersonate anyone;
- create sexual, hateful, violent, harassing or illegal content;
- pursue goals that could harm you or others;
- reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the service, or get around usage limits;
- break any law or anyone else’s rights.
We may decline to generate content, limit usage, or suspend accounts that break these rules or put people at risk.
Subscriptions and free trials
- Some features need a paid subscription. Prices and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel it.
- Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Our service
We work to keep Daily Rewire running well, but we may change, pause or discontinue features. Film generation can take time and may occasionally fail. The app, its design and its content (other than your photos and what you write) belong to AutoSolve Labs and its licensors.
Ending your use
You can stop using Daily Rewire and delete your account at any time in You › Privacy and data. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we need to for legal reasons.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Daily Rewire is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, AutoSolve Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim relating to Daily Rewire is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and let you know in the app where appropriate. Continuing to use Daily Rewire means you accept the updated terms.
